This free training day consists of four interactive sessions, covering the most common difficulties you face in dealing with live sound. Invest in the most important part of your sound system: those people responsible for running it. Empower your volunteers, and at the same time invite people who are not from your church, Christians and non-Christians, from schools through to members of other churches, to better understand live sound and the equipment involved. This workshop is an introduction to the equipment used in Live Sound and how to use it, dealing with room acoustics, the language of Live Sound, the basics of PA Systems and their components, choosing the right equipment for the purpose, microphone techniques, mixers - both analogue and digital, and much more...
